EPI Power is looking for an experienced Energy Marshal to join our team. This crucial role is responsible for overseeing and enforcing the energy isolation and energization safety programs on large-scale data center projects. The Energy Marshal ensures all electrical safety protocols are properly implemented and maintained throughout construction and commissioning activities. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and open to relocating for future project needs. Our organization is currently accepting applications for an outstanding Energy Marshal to be located on data center projects in IOWA and VIRGINIA Position Overview The Energy Marshal will oversee the Energy Marshal Program to ensure all proper safety precautionary measures are implemented in accordance with the Energy Isolation Plan, Energization Plan, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures defined in NFPA 70E. This role is key in coordinating with project teams to maintain compliance, prevent incidents, and promote a strong safety culture across all energy-related operations. What You'll Do Every Day
