Required Skills/Abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Excalibur.
• Customer service and account management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes is a plus.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in business, administration, or logistics preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, distribution, or logistics support role.
