CNC Programmer / Quoter - 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and optimize CNC programs for turning, milling, and lathe operations.

* Utilize CAD/CAM software (GibbsCAM preferred) to create toolpaths and machining processes.

* Prepare accurate quotes by calculating material usage, tooling requirements, and labor times using CAD/CAM data.

* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications.

* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.

* Maintain compliance with ISO and internal quality standards.

* Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and precision.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in CNC programming and machine setup.

* Gibbs CAD/CAM experience a strong plus.

* Experience quoting projects using CAD/CAM to estimate time and labor.

* Familiarity with ISO and quality systems preferred.

* Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
