Position Summary

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support Professional supporting the NC3 Contract within the AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate, specifically the NCO Division, located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA. The NCO Division is responsible for support functions across the Directorate, including Human Resources, Training, Commander's Support Staff, Facility Management, Security, and Information Technology (IT). The Administrative Support Professional provides analysis, procedural support, process improvement, task coordination, meeting support, documentation, and leadership correspondence.

This is a full time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA.



Responsibilities

In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.

Duties include, but not limited to:

    Provide administrative and staff support for senior managers and organizational staff.

  • Research and compile information for projects and Directorate initiatives.

  • Prepare clear, concise, complete, and properly coordinated written communications and documentation.

  • Ensure leadership is informed on issues affecting mission objectives.

  • Monitor progress on taskings, initiatives, and assigned workload.

  • Provide background information and support for preparation of program events.

  • Draft documents for review, approval, and signature by leadership.

  • Disseminate program policy and initiative guidance across the organization.

  • Coordinate, schedule, document, and support physical and virtual meetings and conferences.

  • Prepare background materials and ensure appropriate participants are invited.

  • Maintain meeting documentation according to organizational policy (e.g., attendance, minutes, action items).

  • Maintain scheduling and setup requirements for video teleconferences and online conferencing systems.

  • Maintain logs and instructions for conferencing equipment and meeting execution processes.

  • Provide travel planning and execution support as required.



Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Years of Experience: 3-10 years of experience

Technical Skills
  • Ability to research and compile information for projects and staff taskings

  • Ability to monitor progress toward tasking completion and organizational initiatives

  • Ability to prepare written communications and documentation to organizational standards

  • Ability to coordinate physical and virtual meetings, including scheduling, setup, and documentation

  • Ability to maintain logs, schedules, and instructions related to conferencing equipment and meeting execution

Interpersonal Skills
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication

  • Ability to support leadership and organizational staff professionally

  • Ability to ensure coordinated and consistent communication across an organization

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
