Morgan State PROPEL Program - Sophomore Track The Aon PROPEL Program is a high-touch professional development initiative designed to identify, engage, and empower future leaders from Morgan State University. The program provides sophomores with exposure to the professional services industry along with professional development topics. Through a series of interactive learning experiences, participants will gain exposure to industry concepts and strengthen career readiness. The program is structured to provide insight and resources that prepare students for internships and early career opportunities in a virtual setting. Please note: Participation in the program does not guarantee employment with Aon or any affiliated organization.
