Summary: The candidate will be the point of contact for assigned vendors to address any contract and/or contracts related billing questions and resolve invoice-to-billing (docs controls) discrepancies to promote the vendor adoption of our contracts and billing system. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Acts as a knowledgeable contact point to explain contractual, company, and/or regulatory policies, procedures, and requirements. * Maintains service contract & docs controls information database and generates pertinent information for regular and special projects. * Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with changing priorities and deadlines. * Have proficient organizational, oral, and written communication skills. * Be able to engage efficiently with individuals at all levels, including project managers, legal senior & executive management, and vendors, professionally and courteously, regardless of the situation. * Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be self-driven. * Use proper time management and be able to deal with a high volume of data. * Be a team player and work well with others. * Adapt well to change. * Other duties as assigned by management.
