SUMMARY Grady Health System's Office of Health Outcomes is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Teen Experience and Leadership Program (TELP) and related career pathway initiatives. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing program operations, supervising staff and volunteers, cultivating partnerships, and ensuring high-quality educational and leadership experiences for youth participants. This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about advancing health equity, preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals, and building strong community and institutional partnerships. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Education, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field. Experience is acceptable in lieu of degree. Three (3) or more years of job-related experience including responsible experience in program management, youth development, education, or healthcare. Demonstrated experience supervising staff and/or volunteers. Proven ability to manage complex programs and multiple priorities.
