As the Sr. Coordinator, Customer Service, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our logistics and warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. - Lead & Support Teams: Coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff, provide guidance, and support performance development.
- Customer Service Excellence: Manage direct customer shipments and resolve shortage or freight claims with professionalism and urgency.
- Inventory & System Oversight: Maintain barcoding and product locator systems, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and resolving discrepancies.
- Operational Coordination: Optimize receiving, stacking, order fulfillment, and shipping processes to meet service standards.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to FDA, AIB, OSHA, and MSDS regulations while promoting a safe and secure workplace.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports; track labor hours and operational metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments, suppliers, and external customers to ensure seamless logistics and service delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and support initiatives that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Who you will work with....
- Warehouse & Logistics Teams: Collaborate with staff across shifts to ensure smooth operations and consistent service.
- Internal Departments: Work closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, and leadership to align logistics with business goals.
- External Partners & Customers: Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Leadership: Report to the Director of Logistics and contribution to strategic planning and operational reviews.
What will you bring to the table (Must-Have)
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience:
- 3+ years in logistics and planning
- 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
- 1+ year of people coordination or management experience
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficiency in warehouse/inventory systems, barcoding, SAP, and MS Office
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Experience in high-volume shipping and process optimization
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Strong customer focus and ability to resolve logistical challenges efficiently.
Working Conditions:
- Normal office environment
- Hybrid work model: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday in office, Monday/ Friday remote
- Some holiday and weekend coverage required throughout the year.
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $41,000-$59,000
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
