HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE...

As Production Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering high-quality product volume safely and efficiently to meet customer and consumer demand. You'll drive continuous improvement, foster a culture of engagement and empowerment, and ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and workplace standards. Your leadership will shape the future of our operations and elevate our competitive edge.

WHAT YOU WILL DO...

  • Lead and direct all production operations to achieve plant KPIs

  • Ensure effective employee relations through coaching, development, and issue resolution

  • Implement training programs to build leadership and technical skills

  • Partner with Safety teams to maintain a safe work environment

  • Ensure quality standards are met across all operations

  • Drive productivity improvements in throughput, material usage, and labor

  • Manage capital projects and asset lifecycle

  • Foster employee engagement and teamwork

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, problem solving, loss elimination)

  • Collaborate with planning to meet customer service targets

  • Optimize staffing and work schedules to boost engagement

  • Track and report departmental performance using KPIs

  • Lead DDS Team and CI activities

  • Communicate business objectives and changes effectively

  • Proactively manage safety programs with a zero-accident mindset

  • Develop and manage budgets and labor schedules

  • Enforce company policies and resolve employee relations issues

  • Provide regular updates to senior management

  • Perform other duties as assigned

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH...

  • Plant Manager and senior leadership

  • Supervisors, team leaders, and hourly workforce

  • Safety, Quality, HR, Planning, and Corporate teams

  • Cross-functional departments including Product Development and Engineering

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE)

  • 8+ years of progressive manufacturing management experience in food or CPG industry

  • Proven success in delivering results in schedule attainment, safety, quality, and cost

  • Experience managing large teams in a non-union environment

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, GMPs

  • Passion for continuous improvement and change leadership

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Strong communication and training/facilitation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Hands-on leadership style with a drive for results

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE... (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or technical field

  • Experience in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification

  • High-performance work systems experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$72,600-$104,400

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
