Research Analyst, Senior

As a management analyst on our team, you'll develop an overall picture of your client's current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.

On our team, you'll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders, clients, and grantees to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you'll work on a path forward with your team and clients.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in a blend of justice research and data analysis and visualization research
• Experience with criminal justice researchthat supports tracking performance against grant outcomes
• Experience with R programming language and SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Experience with data analysis and software projects such as Tableau and Excel
• Experience cleaning datasets and conducting quality control (QC) procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability
• Knowledge of federal requirements for the measurement of program effectiveness
• Knowledge of justice programs such as OJP, and the federal grant lifecycle
• Ability to create presentations and visualizations to share insights into data, and present insights to clients
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a Social Science Research field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with victim services and federal grantee data
• Possession of strong communication and presentation skills
