Scope of Position Under the direction of the Director, Quality Program Coordination, this position will oversee programs and projects designed to develop and implement OSUWMC-specific references and tools to support evidence-based guideline recommendations and best practices to improve patient care processes, reduce variation in practice, and support medical education. In addition, this position will oversee the development of processes to measure and evaluate use of guidelines and outcomes of care, design real-time evaluation mechanisms, and provide feedback to clinicians to improve care. Position Summary The Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG) Lead oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical practice guidelines within OSUWMC. This role ensures that healthcare professionals have access to evidence-based recommendations to improve patient care quality and safety. Minimum Requirements
