**About the Role:**

In this engaging role, you will be instrumental in supporting account executives to drive the sale of business process solutions within the education market. You'll collaborate closely with senior team members to manage the sales pipeline for your assigned territory, contributing to the development of strategic portfolio and territory plans. Your deep understanding of low-code development, CRM, and/or ERP applications-including marketing automation, sales automation, relationship sales, customer service, field service, finance, supply chain management, and commerce-will be crucial in demonstrating their business impact and value to educational institutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist account executives in managing customer licensing renewals and proactively recommend relevant business applications and platform solutions tailored to customer needs and interests.

* Engage with regular and prospective customers to coordinate solution demonstrations, articulate product features, and solicit orders.

* Collaborate with partners to provide pricing, organize demonstrations, and cultivate new sales pipeline opportunities.

* Facilitate seamless transitions to customer support resources to address any post-purchase challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction.

* Identify and cultivate prospective customers through strategic use of business directories and by leveraging existing pipeline generation activities.

* Continuously monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor offerings, including products, pricing, and sales strategies.

* Manage opportunity pipelines and upcoming licensing renewals directly with customers and in collaboration with account teams.

**Must-Have Skills & Experience:**

* 8-10 years of proven experience in a sales role, specifically within cloud software sales.

* Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training.

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams (v-teams).

* Strong experience in sales opportunity and pipeline management.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

* Exceptional customer service orientation.

* Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

* Solid understanding of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services.

* Experience working within a relevant technology ecosystem.

* Experience with customer licensing agreements.

* Understanding of business applications and low-code platform solutions.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

* Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal).
