**The Role and Your Impact:**

You will be instrumental in supporting executive-level leadership and their teams, managing critical administrative functions that keep operations running smoothly. Your expertise will directly enable leaders to focus on strategic priorities, knowing that their administrative needs are expertly handled. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive-level leadership and their teams.

* Manage complex calendar coordination and time planning for managers, including community space and conference room schedules.

* Coordinate and process travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and security logistics.

* Manage and process business expenses accurately and efficiently.

* Plan, coordinate, promote, and support various meetings and events.

* Oversee department financial operations and personnel operations.

* Manage the procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, and reference materials, and maintain vendor relationships.

* Support internal and external recruitment efforts, partnering with hiring managers for a smooth process.

* Contribute to and oversee planning, tracking, maintenance, and adjustment of equipment and inventory based on stock requirements and business needs.

* Maintain up-to-date space-management processes and team spaces (e.g., office locations/desk assignments).

* Assist with new hire equipment setup and onboarding processes.

* Facilitate vendor onboarding processes.

* Provide general office support, serving as a primary contact for the department/group.

* Execute various projects and tasks, completing deliverables with little or no supervision.

* Actively engage in the business support community and contribute to team-building activities.

* Order and manage team supplies and equipment.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Prior administrative experience within a large, global technology company is required.

* 3+ years of experience with calendar management.

* 3+ years of experience with advanced office productivity suites.

* 3+ years of experience with hardware management.

* Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

* Strong detail-orientation.

* Comfortable owning responsibilities with minimal supervision.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience supporting executive-level leadership.

* Strong relationship-building skills across multiple organizations (e.g., business-support professionals, Human Resources, Finance, event planners, peers).
