AVP Product Management Safe Locks

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an AVP Product Management for our Safe Locks business. This position is remote based. Safe Locks develops and manufactures high-security electronic and mechanical locks used in safes, ATMs, and other secure storage applications. Our solutions help protect cash, valuables, and sensitive assets for customers in banking, retail, and government sectors around the world.

The AVP Product Management is responsible for product portfolio across global markets, ensuring alignment with regional needs and international business objectives. This individual is a key member of the Safe Locks leadership team and will work across our matrixed organization and partner with Operations, Product Development, Marketing, and Finance to achieve our targets.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $150,000 - $175,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Plus, an annual bonus. Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and execute functional business plans aligned with global Safe Locks strategy and coordinate product strategy across Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions
• Lead portfolio management to ensure the product lineup is efficient, profitable, and strategically aligned
• Lead lifecycle management and adopt practices to meet diverse regulatory and market requirements globally and to drive innovation and new product development initiatives
• Manage a team which may span across multiple geographies
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and capitalize on competitive opportunities

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• 10+ years of senior product executive experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
