Job Description:
Background
We are seeking a Consultant to provide expert insights and guidance related to our field of expertise, focusing on limited and occasional conversations and meetings. The consultant will work closely with our team and engage with relevant trade associations to enhance our understanding and address specific challenges. The role is critical as we navigate complex issues and seek to leverage historical perspectives, peer insights, and specialized knowledge to inform our strategies.
Objective
The primary goal of this consulting engagement is to utilize the consultant"s subject matter expertise to support our organization in the following areas:
1.Subject Matter Expertise: Provide specialized knowledge and insights that inform our decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
2.Problem Scoping: Assist in defining and scoping complex problems, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of the issues at hand and the potential implications for our organization.
3.Historical Perspective / Mentoring: Offer historical context and mentorship to our team, drawing on past experiences and lessons learned to guide our current and future endeavors.
4.Peer Assists / Reviews: Facilitate peer reviews and assist in collaborative discussions, offering constructive feedback and insights that enhance the quality of our work and initiatives.
Deliverables
1.Consultation Summaries: Detailed summaries of each consultation session, highlighting key insights, recommendations, and action items discussed.
2.Problem Scoping Documents: Clear and concise documents outlining the identified problems, potential impacts, and proposed methodologies for addressing them.
3.Mentorship Reports: Periodic reports summarizing mentoring sessions, including feedback and guidance provided to team members for professional development.
4.Peer Review Feedback: Constructive feedback reports from peer review sessions, aimed at refining our projects and enhancing overall quality.
