About the Role

We are looking for a Cleanroom Custodial associate to join our Medical Division. In this role, you will provide a variety of custodial services on the weekend night shift, working 4:30 PM through 4:30 AM Friday through Sunday.

This role will be located at our facility in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits:

  • $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
  • This role is eligible for an additional $2/hour shift differential pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts (in California, the shift differential pay is $2.40/hour).

Responsibilities
  • Precision clean of cleanrooms, controlled environments, and equipment
  • Vacuum and mop floors, walls, and ceilings
  • Hand-wipe floors and equipment
  • Communicate discrepancies with rooms or with equipment to area leader
  • Follow verbal and written directions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Prior janitorial and/or housekeeping experience preferably in a commercial environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn more advanced systems
  • Ability to communicate ideas concerning the improvement of the cleanroom custodial area
  • Ability to read and follow SOPs and complete log sheets
  • Ability to work within a controlled environment and wear cleanroom garments
  • Ability to work within a team environment and be willing to help others
  • Ability to work independently after training period is completed
  • Ability to work a modified shift on the weekend
