Solution Design Lead, Principal

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Solution Design lead to coordinate all our analytical solutions with a focus on Stellarus datamart initiatives across the healthcare analytics ecosystem serving multiple clients. This role will be instrumental in driving alignment among business needs, data architecture, and analytics enablement-ensuring our analytical solutions support Stellarus products and initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Provide business and/or technical expertise and leadership in designing and implementing large scale, complex enterprise applications requiring high performance and availability
• Provide integrated solution design and recommend alternative technologies to enhance current or anticipated solutions that support overall corporate and business goals
• Lead the review and design concepts for new data systems and develops and documents the technical design for the solution implementation
• Ensure the development of plans for integration of new data systems architecture into current implementations
• Provide leadership and direction to clients in consulting, planning, and marketing of multiple, complex automated systems

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 15 years of prior relevant experience
