Hours & Pay

Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do



  • Supervise, train, and schedule two Quality Control Technicians, ensuring consistent quality coverage.
  • Enforce and maintain compliance with BRC, FSMA, and GMP standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure food safety plans meet regulatory and company requirements.
  • Deliver food safety training for new hires, existing employees, and visitors.
  • Oversee product quality checks, ensuring accurate documentation and equipment calibration.
  • Perform root cause analyses, manage corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collect and analyze test data, generating detailed reports and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and leadership to address and prevent quality issues.
  • Support production and sanitation efforts while maintaining focus on QA priorities.

What You'll Bring



  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • PCQI and HACCP certifications required (or willingness to obtain).
  • 1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for safety, teamwork, and quality improvement.
