As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the daily construction management of a large multifamily project. Your skill set spans budgeting, field operations, safety, quality control, and scheduling. With your expertise, work ethic, and attention to detail, you'll help ensure every project is built on a foundation of excellence. The Project: The project includes an 8-story residential building with a partial wrap of a 9-story parking structure, totaling over 1M sf of student housing. The new build will consist of 404 units and 1,546 bedrooms. The property will feature a rooftop pool, spa, fitness center, and basketball court as amenities. The first phase of the project is scheduled to break ground in February of 2026 completing summer of 2028 and second phase completing summer of 2029. Key Responsibilities:
