This position will be responsible for working with Operational Leaders for the business lines they support gathering, coordinating, and validating productivity data for KPI (Key Performance Indicators) as well as reconciliation of daily production. Plan for future metrics as productivity tasks and platforms change/evolve. Additional duties may include back-office tasks associated with loan level research. Assisting Operational Leaders in defining reporting needs and working with Reporting Team members to support such projects, validating that the output data meets the needs and requirements of the business, and document processes and procedures in support of DocServices Reporting.

Essential Functions

  • Ability to learn and have a fundamental understanding of the business unit to assist in identifying and understanding KPI for the operational departments you support.

  • Collaborating with Operational Leaders to identify productivity requirements through time study and discussion.

  • Leading projects in coordination with Operational Leaders that result in generating timely deliverables, including hosting meetings to outline needs and follow up as necessary to achieve the agreed goals.

  • Collecting KPI data points from the various locations and combining them to create meaningful Metrics for the operational departments you support.

  • Creating simple, repeatable, documented methods to provide Metrics data for the operational departments you support.

  • Validating team member daily time tracking accuracy.

  • Performing loan level review and research as needed.

  • Ensuring all tasks are performed within compliance with all policies and procedures.

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee will view, have access to, and work with confidential financial data. The employee in this position must adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.

  • Performing other related duties assigned.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment.

Education

  • Associate degree and equivalent industry experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in title or mortgage industry preferred.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location.

Physical Demands and Activities

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to remain stationary. The employee is frequently required to move about the office, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; frequently position self to maintain files; rarely moves boxes weighing up to 10 lbs. Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and have the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
