Markon is seeking a Systems Engineer Level 3 to support our Intelligence Customer out of Fort Meade by providing project management and systems engineering support for end-to-end data flows.

Provide engineering and project management for the design, documentation, and implementation of end-to-end data flows.

• Elicit, refine, and manage system and functional requirements in collaboration with mission stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Create and manage documentation, including system artifacts, architecture diagrams, and data transformation roadmaps.

• Engage with external customers to capture data requirements and ensure alignment with user and mission needs.

• Support data transformation efforts to map and integrate data into standardized data models.

• Collaborate within an agile development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant Systems Engineering experience.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in data flow engineering and data processing.
• Proven ability to manage and execute technical projects with multiple interdependent work streams.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation and project artifacts.
• Strong communication skills for customer engagement and cross-team collaboration.
• Familiarity with National to Tactical integration and Technical SIGINT operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment
