  • Related Industry Background: Utility, engineering, full cycle recruiting in heavy volume, telecomexperience.

  • Interview Process: 2 step interview
  • Type of hire: Contract 6 months w possibility of extension, looking to convert FTE by EOY based on performance
  • Reason for Open Position: 5 years of experience, bachelors degree.
  • Shift/Schedule: 8am to 4pm EST

Responsibilities/Job Description ( The job description directly from the citrix request, along with any other duties the manager provides during the intake call)

This candidate will be supporting recruitment staff and reorganization initiatives. This candidate will also be responsible for assisting in conducting new union hire orientations. It is important that this candidate is able to work in an environment with shifting priorities and remain composed with accuracy in completing work projects.

What are the MUST HAVE Professional or Technical skills for this position? (Please try to gather at least 5 skills and ask if any of them can be flexed to nice to have)

  • Experience working with high volume of applicants to fill positions on an ongoing basis in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.
  • Work experience related to activities for recruiting, resume screening, and using Applicant Tracking Systems to monitor large applicant pools Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in creating excel spreadsheets with numerous data points (columns) to track and report status on a weekly basis
  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to drive results through collaboration with stakeholders.
