We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Client Deliverable Specialist to join our Architecture Marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with exceptional writing and graphic editing skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will lead the development of high-impact client deliverables-such as reports and presentations-ensuring they are visually compelling, well-written and aligned with client and project team expectations. This role blends graphic design, storytelling, and project management to elevate client-facing materials across all phases of design.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead the creation and coordination of client-facing deliverables across all project phases, including concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction administration.
*Develop clear, compelling narratives and supporting visuals tailored to each assignment, collaborating closely with project leadership and subject matter experts.
*Storyboard and structure deliverables in partnership with project teams to ensure clarity, cohesion, and alignment with client goals.
*Own and manage key deliverable documents using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word, ensuring consistent application of HDR brand standards, templates, and pursuit-specific graphics.
*Schedule and lead review meetings to gather timely feedback, ensure quality control, and guide deliverable development.
*Manage compliance with information governance policies, including proper file naming, storage, and version control.
*Establish and maintain workflows for deliverable requests and assignments.
*Collaborate with the Project Graphic Designer to balance workload, assign tasks and identify resource needs.
*Maintain and monitor project schedules and workplans, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to keep deliverables on track.
*As needed/available, provide project management for strategic deliverables for elsewhere within the architecture marketing studio including proposals, qualifications and publications.

Preferred Qualifications
*Minimum 5 years in the A/E/C marketing industry
*Familiarity with architectural or design terminology is a plus.
*Proven experience in writing, editing, and designing client-facing materials in a professional services or design environment.
*Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
  • Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
