Bringing Home the Dough

The Manager - Hosting/Cloud Services manages the development, implementation, maintenance, administration, and support of the company's cloud services, datacenter/hyperscale hosting, server, and storage infrastructure based on the information technology and business department requirements. The position also manages a staff of IT professionals and works directly with the information technology leadership and management team(s). This position is also expected to facilitate the adoption of new or improved processes and/or procedures across the company to improve productivity in the department.

Position requires an incumbent with the ability to work independently and one skilled in exercising a high degree of initiative, independent judgment, discretion, thought leadership, and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives

Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:
* Position oversees and performs activities to support, modify, or create new processes for the business based on their needs:
* Management of cloud and on-premises based information technology products and services to ensure high levels of performance and availability to the end users of the organization.
* Deployment, execution, and strategy of patch management solutions for Windows and Non-Windows server environments.
* Ensure platform availability and performance of cloud-based services (e.g. Azure, Office 365)
* Manage cloud computing costs and provide reports to asset owners
* Work with application teams, business, and technical teams on design and delivery of Hosting/Cloud services
* Direct the administration of Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
* Responsible for managing the deployment, physical installation, and upgrade of server hardware equipment within local and remote facilities.
* Work directly with the Director - IT Infrastructure and communicate escalation/resolution across service lines and IT leadership as appropriate. Engage collaboratively with Director - IT Infrastructure in the employee evaluation, appraisal and staffing processes. Keep management informed of the status of employee performance/nonperformance.
* Perform vendor management by researching and sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes with pricing, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
* Track and maintain hardware/software maintenance, enterprise agreements, and licensing for all areas managed by the Hosting team.
* Prepare and administrate a staffing schedule to ensure appropriate coverage while proactively managing labor costs. Willingness to work various schedules to ensure adequate shift coverage is available at all times. Participate in conducting employee reviews to ensure the staff understands expectations, standards and rules of the department.
* Manage IT strategic planning, which includes project planning, organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources based on project demands and the unexpected changes that occur within the incident and problem management areas.
* Provide metrics to drive improvements to enhance support strategies for all aspects of the company. Monitor and report on customer service activities and customer feedback to ensure support is being handled in a professional and efficient manner.
* Provide on-call/after-hours support as needed to support functions escalated by IT Service Center.
* Travel as needed to support remote locations and attend training & conferences.
* Subscribe to and advocate core department standards and methodologies including Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), IT General Controls (ITGC), basic project management, and general IT policies & procedures.
* Assist IT Director of Infrastructure in managing OPEX and CAPEX spend for the current year and as well as assist in the forecasting future budgets to ensure cost effectiveness.
* Actively engage and work with IT Security and IT Risks teams to ensure changes to the environment adhere to the protocols set forth for the overall company's security posture.
* Adhere to the policies and procedures set forth by the Information Technology department and the IT Director of
* Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
* Perform other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures

Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications

* In depth knowledge and experience with the following:
* Standard technical troubleshooting and support processes.
* Project management methodologies.
* Expert knowledge of VMware deployment, configuration, administration, and overall architecture
* Expert knowledge of mass storage devices and storage networks.
* Azure Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS)
* Knowledge of a variety of technologies which include Mobile Device Management, OS patching, NTFS permissions, and other technologies
* Experience with Active Directory, LAN, WAN, WLAN, Exchange, and Office 365 preferred.
* Expert Knowledge of Federated applications and domain services.
* Proficiency working with PowerShell. Python, and/or Perl scripts.
* Proficiency using CLI within Windows and *nix- based systems.
* Ability to perform basic computer operations.
* Advanced knowledge of technology systems and an ability to conduct project management.
* In-depth knowledge of computer operations/technology
* Minimum 7 years' experience in the Information Technology Field (preferably Systems Administration), including:
* 3 or more years in a leadership or a senior level technical position;
* familiarity with networked, distributed, or enterprise level computing environment concepts and techniques;
* a proven track record of developing and deploying high quality systems and solutions; and
* CPG (consumer packaged goods) experience preferred.

Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
* Technical school-class room hours over 720 hours can substitute for one year of desired education. Work experience can substitute on a year-by-year basis for desired education.

We offer a competitive salary and an excellent total rewards package. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $129,000.
