Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Sales Development Manager for our Strategic Partnerships team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to drive growth across the Strategic Partnerships division by managing and executing high-impact sales campaigns, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and creating meaningful engagement that fuels the top of the sales funnel. This role bridges marketing, field sales, and enterprise business development efforts to ensure that every qualified opportunity is nurtured and routed for maximum conversion.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Administer and manage targeted outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, event follow-ups, etc.) to generate awareness and pipeline growth for strategic partnerships.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to create compelling messaging and content for campaigns tied to key industries, partnerships and national initiatives.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for leads from all sources (website inquiries, field referrals, partner introductions, events, and marketing campaigns).
  • Assists with sales research and data collection to identify and qualify new national sales opportunities. This includes cold calls/ research calls to qualify targets, identify stake- holders, key contacts, sales process, etc.
  • Partner closely with Sales Directors and Account Executives to schedule introductory meetings with decision-makers and hand off vetted opportunities.
  • Support the sales team by coordinating outreach efforts, sharing marketing materials, and aligning upcoming partnership campaigns or RFP pursuits.
