What you will do

Performs a variety of specialized clerical duties to support the Area market. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: coordinating jurisdictional permits, systematic inventory tasks, managing report distribution, creating/receiving POs, researching and facilitating the closing of installation projects, safety coordination, payroll entry, supporting inspection processes, and providing additional administrative support as assigned. As the back-up for the install coordinator, you will also support scheduling and dispatch for installation projects, monitor project timelines, prepare job closeout documentation, assisting with service billing, maintaining accurate service records, and responding to customer inquiries. Key payroll support duties include collecting, validating, and submitting weekly timecards. Support materials procurement and participate in process improvement initiatives.

  • Provide administrative support to the Area Operations Support Team Manager as needed.
  • Serve as primary back-up for install coordination, including monitoring project schedules, adjusting timelines when needed
  • Assist with collecting and checking technician timesheets entering and submitting payroll data.
  • Assist with job closeout processes, ensuring all required documentation is complete and submitted.
  • Help maintain inventory logs, track and order supplies or equipment as required.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries, directing them to the appropriate resource when necessary.
  • Update and maintain employee personnel files related to certifications, training, and safety compliance.
  • Support expenses, billing, and invoice processing related to service and installation jobs.

What we look for

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service Work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software, specifically Word and Excel; an understanding of PowerPoint and SharePoint is a plus.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $25.96-32.69 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge,skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This position
