Ericsson is hiring a Strategic Partner Account Manager to lead and grow key partnerships with industry leading mobility technology providers in the public safety space. This role will focus on joint go-to-market execution, partner alignment, and long-term strategic growth. You'll be responsible for managing complex partner relationships, driving joint initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration across sales, engineering, product, and operations teams. This is a high-visibility role with significant opportunity to influence public safety and government technology deployments across the globe.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for industry leading mobility partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Ericsson and partner organizations, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and customer outcomes.
- Identify and pursue joint sales opportunities across federal, state, and local government agencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver integrated solutions and maximize partner value.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, pipeline forecasting, and performance tracking with each partner.
- Represent Ericsson and its partners at industry events, customer meetings, and solution showcases (travel ~50%).
The skills you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, partner development, or business development in the telecom, mobility, or public safety technology sectors.
- Deep understanding of public sector procurement cycles and technology needs.
- Proven success managing multi-tiered partnerships and driving joint GTM strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence cross-functional teams.

Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Variable Compensation Plan: This role includes the opportunity for sales commissions as a part of the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Variable Compensation Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance against sales targets and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules may apply.
