What this job involves: The Communications Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the account's communications program and senior leadership team in managing client and internal team relationships. This fully remote position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple communications initiatives while providing essential administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Assist in execution of comprehensive communications strategies that align with account goals, culture, and client objectives
  • Own and manage the account's internal Viva Engage social media channel, creating engaging content and fostering community engagement across a dispersed portfolio of 350+ employees
  • Create, produce, and manage innovative communications content including podcast features, training materials, presentations, and multimedia resources
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the account to develop comprehensive training documentation, process guides, and educational materials
  • Provide administrative assistance to Account Director and Leadership Team, including scheduling, correspondence, and executive support tasks
  • Continuously develop and maintain the account's SharePoint sites, including content strategy, site architecture, lists, libraries, and permissions management
  • Lead critical components of the account onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new employees through strategic communications and comprehensive process coordination
  • Manage communications projects across multiple departments, coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
  • Create accurate, insightful, and visually compelling communications, reports, and presentations

Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in communications, marketing, or administrative support with demonstrated growth in strategic responsibilities
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Visio

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with communications tools and platforms, including social media management, content creation software, and digital publishing platforms
  • Experience with content management systems, digital media creation, web-based communications platforms, and Internet-based systems navigation

Estimated compensation for this position:

65,900.00 - 80,700.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
