Security Officer - Auto Patrol Full Time

As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol Full Time in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic automotive location, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a secure environment for all. You will perform routine patrols, stay visible throughout the facility, and deliver outstanding customer service while addressing any concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Observe and report security-related issues, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns within the location.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and personnel while maintaining a visible presence at the site.
• Follow post orders and company protocols as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
