Company Overview Zeno Power is the leading developer of nuclear batteries - compact power systems that provide reliable, clean energy in frontier environments. By harnessing the heat from radioisotopes, Zeno's batteries power critical missions on Earth, in space, and at sea. To bring this technology to market by 2027, Zeno is seeking out purpose-driven and innovative professionals who are comfortable working in a startup environment. Team members will have a direct impact in enabling commercial and national security missions from the depths of our oceans, to the surface of the moon, and in austere environments here on Earth. Zeno is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to attracting, retaining, and developing a highly qualified, diverse, and dedicated work force. We do not discriminate in hiring on the basis of sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religious creed, national origin, physical or mental disability, protected Veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law. Social Media and Digital Strategy Manager Zeno Power is seeking a Social Media & Digital Strategy Manager to own and evolve our digital presence at the intersection of space, energy, and deep technology. This is a high-autonomy individual contributor role for a seasoned operator who believes social media should be a strategic advantage, not a compliance exercise. We are looking for someone who knows how to be confident, fast, and opinionated in serious industries. Someone who understands how to participate in real conversations, take smart risks, and build credibility through clarity and conviction. You will act as the editor-in-chief of Zeno's social presence, shaping how our company and leadership show up in moments that matter. This role is ideal for someone who has already operated independently, made judgment calls in public, and understands how to push boundaries without undermining trust.
What You'll Own

- Maintain a high bar for taste, clarity, and consistency across all posts.
Community Engagement & Cultural Relevance
- Own day-to-day posting and active engagement, particularly on X, with a strong sense of timing and tone.
- Monitor conversations across relevant ecosystems to identify moments where Zeno can add real value, not noise.
- Engage authentically with industry communities, including moments of skepticism or disagreement, without escalating risk or diluting credibility.
- Build trust by participating as a thoughtful voice, not a reactive brand account.
Executive Thought Leadership
- Own social strategy and execution for Zeno executives on X and LinkedIn.
- Ghostwrite and manage executive content that reflects authentic voice, informed opinions, and strategic perspective.
- Mine speeches, interviews, podcasts, presentations, and internal discussions to surface strong executive points of view.

- Develop collaboration strategies that extend reach while preserving credibility and editorial integrity.

Required Experience
- 5-8+ years of experience owning social media programs end-to-end for B2B technology companies, startups, or organizations operating in complex, high-stakes environments.

- Demonstrated experience ghostwriting for executives or managing executive personal brands.
- Proven ability to translate dense technical or scientific concepts into clear, engaging narratives without oversimplifying.
- Strong editorial taste and point of view, with examples of confident, distinctive brand or executive presence in serious industries.
