As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment at a logistics and distribution location. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry only to authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
• Assist in the implementation of security-related procedures and site-specific policies to help maintain a secure environment for logistics and distribution operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in detailed reports as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Collaborate with site staff and law enforcement as needed to address security-related issues and support the overall operation of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
