Job Summary

The Adobe Marketing Manager will own and drive the development of the Adobe marketing strategy at CDW. This role will leverage investments and programs to deliver customer outcome messaging and accelerate CDW's Adobe revenue across all Adobe Business Units.

What you'll do

  • Engage regularly with Adobe stakeholders to maintain an open channel of communication, ensuring that all CDW and Adobe stakeholders are kept informed of key initiatives, projects, meetings, and events.
  • Collaborate with Adobe and CDW Partner Investment and Marketing teams to jointly develop the partnership.
  • Manage the relationship between CDW PPM Teams and CDW Marketing Teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and a unified Adobe strategy.
  • Lead management of Adobe's high-value co-op and marketing investment budget
  • Develop strategic and meaningful investments that drive demand for Adobe products and services across CDW's business.
  • Craft and implement co-marketing campaigns that promote the full Adobe portfolio and drive customer adoption.
  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategies to deliver impactful messaging in a dynamic market.
  • Advise on the Adobe marketing plan, inclusive of activities aligned to CDW and Adobe's objectives, and ensure return on investment (ROI) for all marketing programs.
  • Maximize overall Partner Controllable Margin (PCM) by optimizing investments and ensuring strong alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
  • Drive proper execution of marketing plans and business reviews, taking Adobe and CDW initiatives and rebranding them into a cohesive and compelling message.
  • Lead content planning, delivery, and execution, including (but not limited to):
    • E-commerce initiatives
    • Customer case studies
    • One-pagers
    • Sales presentations
  • Streamline sales delivery and events planning execution for CDW and Adobe events, ensuring proper alignment with partnership goals and messaging.
  • Ensure all leads are routed to sales within 5 days of submission through Partner Center or other lead capture processes.
  • Support CDW Business Manager in peer-to-peer (P2P) campaigns and sales initiatives to drive incremental Adobe revenue.
  • Establish and support Adobe's brand awareness and all key initiatives at CDW, ensuring consistency in messaging and strategy across all customer touchpoints.

What we expect of you

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years sales/marketing/project management experience, OR
  • 9 years of experience in sales/marketing/project management

Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to effectively and strategically engage with executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing.
  • Expert financial and business acumen.
  • Exceptional strategic agility and analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfortability communicating internally and externally to all levels of leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving results.
  • Previous experience in the technology industry.
  • Established network within CDW and proven ability to leverage internal connections to drive results.
  • Marketing experience within CDW, the channel, and/or B-to-B Marketing.
  • Co-op and MDF budget management experience.
  • Strategic planning experience with developing GTM,driving to specific outcomes.
  • Ability to execute an integrated campaign from end-to-end, ensuring brand consistency and tactical alignment.

Pay range: $88,000 - $154,200 depending on experience and skill set

Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
