Position: Automotive Techline Agent Pay Range: $33-$36/hr. Technical Assistance Agent opportunity working onsite at Automotive OEM in Plano, Texas! Qualifications: Diagnostic skills. 5 years' dealership experience. Working knowledge of product warranty, policies & procedures. Demonstrate ability to interface with Dealer Technicians via phone, email and written communication. Proficiency in MS Office Word. Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written). ASE Master Certification and/or OEM Master Certification preferred. Responsibilities: Answering 30-40 inbound calls daily from different component groups such as Hybrid, Powertrain, Electrical, Body, and Chassis. Providing diagnostic and troubleshooting tips and resolution to dealership technicians. Updating and escalating cases to Tier II personnel, product engineers, and Field Technical Specialists on product quality concerns and issues. Assist in shadowing and mentoring new hire Tier I. (once fully trained and working to production standards).
