Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Americas Sales role is responsible for driving sales activities within the organization, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. This position involves developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers, and ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded. The role also includes managing a team of experienced professionals, exercising full management authority, and adapting departmental plans to meet operational challenges.

Work You'll Do

  • Develop and executesales strategiesto achieve organizational goals.

  • Identifypotential customersand develop new sales opportunities.

  • Manageexisting customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement.

  • Organize and conductsales training,merchandising activities, andbusiness development initiatives.

  • Createdemandfor products and services by raising their profile with customers.

  • Conductregular strategic meetingswith senior customer management to understand their needs and align them with organizational offerings.

  • Achieverevenue targetsby increasingspend per account.

  • Manageexperienced professional employeesand/or supervisors, providing performance reviews, recruitment, discipline, and other personnel actions.

  • Adapt departmental plans to addressresourceandoperational challenges.

  • Partner with colleagues across regions to share insights, coordinate campaigns, and align on targets.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and knowledge-sharing across international teams.

  • Adapt strategies to respect cultural differences and local market dynamics

  • Mentor and coach regional sales leaders to maximize performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher inBusiness Administration,Marketing, or related fields.

  • Proven experience insales,business development, orclient relationship management.

  • Strongstrategic planningandrelationship-building skills.

  • Ability tomanage multiple prioritiesunder tight deadlines.

  • Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge ofindustry-specific products/servicesandmarket dynamics.

  • Demonstratedleadershipandteam managementskills.

  • Experience managingstrategic accountsormajor clients.

  • Ability totravelas needed, typically60-70% of the time.

  • Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.

  • Proven track record ofmeeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Management Authority & Responsibilities

  • Exercisesfull management authorityover personnel decisions, includingperformance reviews,pay decisions,recruitment,discipline, andtermination.

  • Responsible foradapting departmental plansto operational needs.

  • Ensures compliance withpolicies,procedures, and thebusiness plan.

The pay range is $97,000-$155,200. Exact compensation will be based on experience, education and other job-related factors.

Incentive Compensation: This position may be eligible to earn annual performance-based incentive compensation, which may include annual cash bonuses [and/or long term incentives] based on individual and company results. Actual bonus amounts may vary and are not guaranteed.
