Overview

Summary

The Regional Vice President is responsible for managing the profitability, sales revenue growth, and overall strategic direction of a geographic region for ConvergeOne.



Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

    Manages profitability, sales revenue growth, and overall strategic direction of geographically
  • Creates, plans, implements, and reports regional sales, including professional services, managed services, maintenance services, products, software and refurbished equipment
  • Manages a full line P and L for revenue, gross profit and EBIDTA measurements
  • Manage a sales region of 150 to 300 employees and a revenue target from $150M to $300M
  • Manages, coaches, and operates entire regional sales and services headcount
  • Manages the relationship for the region in coordination with all National Practices
  • Advises executive leadership on sales, services and marketing strategies, market share data, customer trends, and financial results
  • Liaises and communicates with Operations, and Customer Service on all corporate/subsidiary plans and programs
  • Ensures strong, effective regional market share of the products and services provided by Convergeone by providing direction and information on the products and related services and development of technical and support teams
  • Keeps Executive Vice President informed of economic, customer/competition situations, customer's business issues and interests, and generate a strategy that will achieve business objectives
  • Keeps well informed on industry changes, participates where possible in organizations directly involved with our prime markets, and continually work to improve sales and services techniques and sales and services knowledge
  • Keeps advised on company policies, procedures, and objectives, clarifying them with National VP of Sales when and if questions arise, and is always prepared to accurately discuss these policies to our customers
  • Completes performance reviews in accordance with company policy for direct reports
  • Maintains communication to all Regional employees on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Prepares job descriptions for any direct reports
  • Partners with Human Resources in hiring, C1 policy compliance, and employee related issues
  • Assures regional employee compliance with security processes, expense management and company- customer communications
  • Develops/Maintains a relationship within market of all key Regional Partners


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree in Business or equivalent in experience
  • Eight to ten years of sales and services management experience
  • Direct budget responsibility (P and L)
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience and Unified Communications products and services
  • Knowledge of Managed Services, Cloud and XaaS models
  • Strong presentation, verbal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated sales ability and technical aptitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Previous experience working in a telecommunications industry

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

  • Key customer relationships in sales market
  • Ability to interview successfully and hire effectively, while contacting key executives in the market place for future hire and growth

Pay Range

$200,000 - $250,000

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
