Join our Sales team supporting the global growth and distribution of Alternative investments to the Wealth channel, working closely with Financial Advisors to drive capital raising initiatives. Based in New York, the team collaborates with sales to expand the asset management presence in alternative investments.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3-5 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

You will focus on managing incoming reporting from distributors and partners, ensuring accurate data entry and quality control within the sales systems, and providing regular analytics and trend analysis to support the sales team. Responsibilities include maintaining data cleanliness, supporting operational inquiries, improving processes, and keeping documentation up to date, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will be an inclusive, collaborative team player, working closely with Wealth distribution professionals to drive growth and positive change.
Salary range for this position: $81,000 - $137,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

  • Ideally a year of experience in a sales support role, with a strong background in data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Dataiku, co-pilot, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple demands and priorities with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Confident in presenting ideas for process improvement and driving results through solution-oriented thinking and execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style and influence stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaborative team player with keen attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to supporting sales initiatives and operational excellence.
