Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM

What You'll Do:

As a Lead Parts Worker, you'll support daily parts operations while serving as a point of contact for the team during your shift.

• Pull, process, and prioritize parts orders for customers and internal teams
• Coordinate workflow to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Assist with training and mentoring Parts Workers on processes and safety standards
• Operate forklifts to move, stage, and organize inventory
• Receive and verify incoming parts shipments
• Monitor order accuracy and address issues before the end of the shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding shift needs

Lead Parts Worker Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse or parts room experience (lead or senior-level experience preferred)
• Comfortable operating a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in non-climate-controlled environments
• Strong computer, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
