Responsibilities

Join Our Dynamic Team as an Admissions Coordinator Manager!

Are you ready to lead a passionate team and make a difference? We're looking for an enthusiastic Admissions Coordinator Manager to take charge!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of Admissions Coordinators with regular feedback through weekly 1:1s, 90-day, and annual reviews!

Hands-On Caseload: Carry a standard admissions caseload while ensuring efficiency and accuracy!

Financial Wizard: Determine financial approvals and escalate when necessary to keep things running smoothly!

Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Clinical Director of Admissions to prioritize clinical clearances and assist your team in processing medical clearances on time!

Pre-Authorization Pro: Ensure pre-authorizations are requested promptly and efficiently!

Be the Go-To: Oversee Clinical Outreach cases and serve as the main contact for follow-ups!

Data Driven: Track and report discharges and admissions using required forms and electronic systems!

On-Site Liaison: Act as the point person for on-site staff at designated facilities!

Lead with Insight: Report census projections to admissions and company leadership!

Performance Reporting: Provide performance reports from our systems (CRM, EMR, etc.)!

Train & Develop: Strategize and implement staff training while keeping the team updated on admissions policies and procedures!

Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned to keep our operations running smoothly!

Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED required

  • Previous experience in behavioral health admissions field strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

Compensation for this role ranges from $73,000-$85,000 annually based on education and experience.

An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Additionally, we consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our organization.
