Psychotherapy Fellow

HealthPartners St. Louis Park

HealthPartners is hiring a Psychotherapy Fellow for the St. Louis Park West End location. They provide a broad range of behavioral health services to HealthPartners patients including assessments, diagnosis, psychotherapy, behavioral health education, and crisis intervention. Psychotherapy Fellows participate as members of an interdependent, interdisciplinary group practice and have a licensed supervisor available for consultation. Psychotherapy Fellows may attend group consultations where they can form connections and gain support from other behavioral health colleagues. This is a great learning opportunity while receiving supervision toward licensure.

Applicant Requirement: Master's degree in one of the following: social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field and working toward LICSW, LMFT or LPCC licensure. One year of related clinical experience (e.g., diagnostic assessments, individual, family and group counseling). Compliant with Minnesota statute requirements regarding education and licensure status in Minnesota and other jurisdictions.

We are looking for candidates who have 1.5-2 years left of supervision for the fellowship program.

Why join HealthPartners:

Work for a large, nationally recognized and celebrated, healthcare organization valuing the provision of high-quality care, excellent patient experience, compassion, anti-racism, health equity, affordability, research, and community partnerships.

Extensive administrative support (scheduling, reminder calls, billing, IT, legal support, credentialing).

Generous time away from practice allotments, continuing education dollars and excellent benefits.

You will be joining a team that is supportive and respectful of one another and deeply committed to the mission of HealthPartners. Here, you'll become a partner for good, helping to improve the health and well-being of our patients, members and community. Our commitment to excellence, compassion, partnership and integrity is behind everything we do. It's the type of work that makes a difference, the kind of work you can be proud of. We hope you'll join us.
