Position Summary: The Account Executive is a key member of the MedInsight team, responsible for driving client retention and revenue growth within our existing customer base. This role focuses on building strong, strategic relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, secure renewals, and expand the adoption of MedInsight solutions. Account Executives are trusted advisors who understand client needs, identify opportunities for additional value, and deliver solutions that help clients achieve their goals. This is a client-facing role with a compensation structure that includes base salary and variable, performance-based incentives aligned to client retention and revenue growth. You will work directly with clients to execute the objectives of the MedInsight Account Executive program, which include:
This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional relationship management skills, business acumen, and a consultative approach. You will also collaborate with internal teams-including Client Services, Product, Marketing, and Finance-to ensure seamless delivery and support for your accounts. Occasional travel may be required. A strong understanding of the healthcare analytics market is highly desirable and will enhance your ability to succeed. Primary Responsibilities:
