WPS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Student - Outdoor Maintenance (Student Laborer-Plant/Hydro) in our Crivitz, Wisconsin location. This position will start in May or June, works full-time, 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday during the summer months. Job Summary
Student Laborers perform duties (i.e. Coal & Yard, Indoor Cleaning & Maintenance, Outdoor Maintenance, etc.) as assigned by the department. Student laborers work may be performed in the power plants, hydro plants, service center, warehouse, and other field locations. Job Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
End Date: 02/22/2026 Minimum Posting Range: $19.22 Maximum Posting Range: $21.43 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
