Who We Are
We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.

The RoleThis internship offers a unique opportunity to work within the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) team, supporting internal communications, social media initiatives, and employee branding efforts. The intern will play a key role in crafting content for the USTA's Intranet and employee-facing communications, while also contributing to DEI-focused social media campaigns. Additionally, the intern will have the chance to assist with various DEI projects, gaining valuable experience in both strategic and creative aspects of DEI work within an organization.
Write and curate engaging content for the USTA Intranet and internal communications platforms, focusing on DEI topics.
