This position is responsible for the implementation of new or updating of existing business systems and processes to drive improvements across the Insurance Management Team (IMT) within Revenue Operations. This teammate will be a catalyst for smooth and sustainable transitions, ensuring that our teammates embrace new technologies and processes effectively. This role focuses on minimizing disruption and maximizing the benefits of change, guiding the team through to successful adoption. This teammate will bring demonstrated success in leveraging change management principles to drive small to large change projects, skill as a strategic influencer and communicator, and the ability to use data to measure program effectiveness and analyze outcomes. This role may be considered hybrid and based out of our Denver WHQ and can be remote with approx. 25% travel for the right candidate. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Change & Project Management:
- With technical and business leadership, develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for technology projects and other initiatives to ensure seamless implementation and integration, including but not limited to Communications, Training & Coaching Plans, Change Reinforcement and Resistance Management plans
- Partners with training team and leaders to develop materials for training and post-launch implementation
- Effectively leads working sessions & facilitates interactions across stakeholders including business teams and IT (e.g. change management planning, project status meetings, and post-deployment feedback sessions)
- Directs & executes on next steps to progress own work stream; identifies & recommends new opportunities to improve existing processes
- Maintains up to date documentation of change and project materials across multiple projects, business lanes or systems
- Builds collaborative relationships with all stakeholders
Analysis & Technical:
- Demonstrates understanding across a larger scope of business systems (multiple systems, multiple businesses using a system, multiple processes) including how data capture & processes across systems are interrelated
- Produces detailed documentation including change management plans, process flows, communications, and technical documentation such as use cases or requirements
- Independently produces and distributes recurring reports related to change initiatives and other programs (such as reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards) using proficiency in tools such as Excel
- Uses data to develop credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks to drive adoption
- Continuously learns new system capabilities and recommends how to leverage them
Problem Solving:
- Solves problems related to a business system by outlining potential drivers and forming a hypothesis-based approach. Guides business in identifying root cause and ideating towards initiation of system solution.
- Effectively engage with business partners to define, gather, and analyze feedback on change processes.
- Collate findings from feedback in order to influence or adapt the change approach. Makes recommendations and synthesizes takeaways.
- Understand the implications of the overall project on broader business objectives or other business lanes. Proactively raises awareness when issues arise that impact their work stream.
- Proactively communicates around deadlines & roadblocks and works to actively solve issues.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Commitment to DaVita's Core Values
- 2+ years of experience in Change Management/Organizational Development project work, experience with enterprise-level initiatives strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
- Bachelor's Degree in related field, preferred
- Prior experience leading change management initiatives for large scale technology implementation, preferred

- Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle preferred

The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $85,000.00/year.
