Position Summary

Represent RJ Kroc, the Kroc Center's crocodile mascot, to bring happiness and positive brand awareness to the San Diego community

Essential Functions

• Perform for individuals and crowds as the RJ Kroc mascot.
• Positively reinforce the playful and fun Kroc Center brand.
• May not speak outload while in the RJ mascot costume.
• May not remove any portion of the RJ mascot in public.
• Wave, dance, pose for photographs and engage with crowds and children.

Working Conditions

Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to be able to lift up to 10lbs. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinets drawers and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone.

Minimum Qualifications

• Comfortable inside a mascot suit for up to 30 minutes at a time

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

• Must be able to read, write and communicate well in English.
