Job Title- IS Operations Analyst
Job Duration- 6 Months Job Location- Hershey PA (Hybrid) Job Description: Performs financial, asset, and IS service management processes. The position will manage telecom and network invoice actions, perform procurement and coordinate deployment of hardware and software, and maintain accurate asset record keeping. Main Duties: Invoice management, support other financial processes, perform procurement activities, asset management, and fulfill cellular device requests and resolve related incidents independently or through collaboration with vendors. Perform analysis, reporting, and documentation as requested. Typical Day: Top Three Technical Skills: - Understanding of administrative A/P workflows and Procurement activities - Ability to independently prioritize incoming demand and work in a high-volume deadline driven environment - Asset Management (software & hardware) Must Haves (i.e., years of experience?) 4-5 years Software Skills and Purpose (if applicable): ServiceNow SAM/HAM (Must), SAP Ariba (Nice to have) Industry Experience: IS related Pre-Screening Questions: - Explain typical payment processing starting from initial receipt of a vendor's invoice. - Discuss experience with cellular/telecom providers and services - Discuss ability to prioritize competing priorities and work within a deadline driven environment | |
