Senior Manager, Accounting Job Summary The Senior Manager, Accounting is a critical leadership role within DiaSorin's North America Finance organization, responsible for driving excellence in accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement across supported business units. This role provides strategic leadership and hands-on management of general ledger activities, close processes, financial controls, audit readiness, and cross-functional financial initiatives. Aligned with competitor benchmarks from leading diagnostics, biotech, and medical device companies, this role emphasizes technical expertise in U.S. GAAP/IFRS, strong operational leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. The Senior Manager, Accounting will lead a high-performing team, partner closely with Finance leadership, and support the organization through periods of transformation, system optimization, and growth.
