Job Title: Document Scanning Specialist

Location: Fort Dodge, IA

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM (Flexible)

Duration: Approximately 6 months

QPS Employment Group is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Document Scanning Specialist for a long-term project in Fort Dodge, Iowa. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable with repetitive tasks.

Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for scanning and uploading documents into Workday while maintaining strict confidentiality. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately six months, with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scan and upload documents accurately into Workday

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and personal information

- Organize and manage digital files

- Perform repetitive data and scanning tasks efficiently

- Follow established procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and reliability

- Basic to intermediate computer skills

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks

- Previous office, clerical, or administrative experience is a plus
