Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Location(s): Los Angeles, CA
(Hybrid: Remote Mondays & Fridays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and triage incoming emails and phone calls.
  • Assign and enter staff schedules into the scheduling system.
  • Request, track, and distribute staff performance evaluations.
  • Notify departments of staff absences, late arrivals, or early departures.
  • Send compliance deadline reminders to staff.
  • Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas.
  • Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 year of administrative experience in a hospital setting OR 2 years of general administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Location:
  • Los Angeles, CA 90045 (Must reside within 30 miles)
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
