Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. Job Title: Procurement Governance Specialist. Location: White Plains, NY. Project Overview:
  • To assist in Governance arm of Procurement department with quality assurance and compliance activities resulting in increased accuracy of contract data and minimization of manual efforts associated there with.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Assist with data validation and transition to new systems.
  • Assist with weekly, monthly data compliance efforts.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects.
Skills:
  • Must be able to focus and provide 100% accuracy.
  • Excellent Excel skills and able to execute formulas on demand.
  • Comfortable providing suggestions of improvements to existing processes based on experience.
  • Able to work as part of a team; dependable, punctual and pleasant.
  • Able to schedule workday to see tasks through to completion in a timely manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and other office products.
  • Knowledge of SAP, a plus.
