Job Summaries:

Truck Stop Vehicle Escort Driver
The Truck Stop is where delivery drivers need to get checked in and be directed or escorted to the appropriate area or lot on site. The Truck Stop Staff will be responsible for coordinating and advancing the needs of truck stop operations in addition to coordinating any requests for the truck stop team. This position will assist in the coordination of truck deliveries at the festival truck stop in addition to escorting delivery vehicles from the truck stop to designated festival locations.

Required Availability:



  • 3/24/2026 - 4/30/2026
  • Day and Overnight shifts.


Pay Scale:$22.50

Stagehand
The Stagehand is responsible for performing all setup before, during, and after events which includes, but is not limited to, assembling and disassembling production equipment on stage. In addition, the stagehand will work closely with and assist carpenters with scenery build, installation, video, sound and light production.

Required Availability:



  • This position may require minimum availability from 3/17/2026 to 5/9/2026
  • Day, mid and overnight shifts available


Pay Scale: $20.00 - $25.00

Production Runner

The Production Runner is responsible for assisting and transporting event materials to and from the venue or event in a safe and efficient manner. The incumbent is the "go to" person for various production and artist requests to fulfill production needs and the artist rider

Pay Scale: $20.00

Server (Catering)
Servers will be responsible for providing staff and guests with excellent customer service, serve food and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area.

Pay Scale: $18.00 - $23.00

Dishwasher (Catering)
The dishwasher position is a vital position to the overall cleanliness of the catering area and safety of our guests and staff. Our dishwasher staff will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and properly storing all dishes, flatware, utensils and kitchenware at a high volume capacity in the catering area's back of house.

Pay Scale: $17.00-$20.00

Prep Cook (Catering)
Prep Cook is responsible for preparing the exceptional culinary experience for our staff and guests through the preparation of our menu. The prep cook is also responsible for maintaining the clean cooking environment.

Pay Scale: $18.00 - $20.00

Cook (Catering)
The Cook will assist the kitchen staff in preparing meals. Additionally, the Cook will prep ingredients, maintain refreshment availability, while ensuring maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitation in the kitchen area.

Pay Scale: $22.50- $25.00

Chef (Catering)
The Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff and determining which food items to serve to meet artist requests while ensuring the kitchen runs effectively. Additionally, the Chef will be preparing, cooking, and presenting food to guests in a timely manner while establishing food safety best practices.

Pay Scale: $23.00- $24.00

Safety Administrator
The Safety Administrator is responsible for overseeing workplace safety by scheduling and leading safety meetings and orientations, maintaining chemical supply and safety equipment records, completing employee injury reports, and conducting hazard assessments. Applicants must have their own transportation for occasional travel between job sites. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Pay Scale: $22.00

Staff Camping Assistant
The Staff Camping Assistant supports the daily operations of the staff camping lot by assisting with on-site needs including perform regular checks of showers and restrooms, troubleshooting container and utility issues, coordinating RV pump-outs and water fills site-wide, and other tasks as needed. This role is primarily afternoon and evening shifts and requires someone who is reliable, observant, adaptable, and friendly. The Assistant is a key point of support for staff campers and the lot managers, helping ensure everything runs smoothly.

4/8/2026 - 5/26/2026

Pay Scale: $22.00

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.

Benefits: Part-time: This position may be eligible for benefits (ACA qualification).
